Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These applied to the dropstock.io website (the “Service”) operated by dropstock.io (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Key Points

• dropstock.io didn’t store your media files on our servers. By using our service you granted us access to manage and distribute your files via your Dropbox.
• We didn’t store your third party login and credential information (usernames, passwords, FTP access, etc.) on our servers. They were stored in your personal Dropbox account.
• We stored your email address and may have used it to confirm your address and contact you with relevant information. dropstock.io never sold your address to third parties.

Accounts

By creating an account, you were responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occurred under it.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event was dropstock.io, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
